Combination of three stars represents Jimmy Carter’s career in the US navy; symbol of pride, freedom and honor.
Two lines are from the seal of Lieutenant (Rank structure of United States Navy). Represents stability and perseverance.

Museum Signage applications
Each icon is derives its height from the cap-height of the letters, Jimmy Carter from the main identity. The placement of these icons and the logotype is independent of each other.
The icons are constructed keeping in mind the strokes of the logotype and in accordance to it’s cap-height. The height of the icons is either x or 2x.
